My Grandfather
My Grandfather was Martin Rose who lived in Chicago from 1899 to his death in 1943. He owned two hotels, sold them and then managed a rsidential hotel on the Southside. His name on his papers when he came here from Budapest was Rushka and it was changed to Rosin. He was known as Martin Rose. His daughter, Julia Cecelia Rose, was my mother. She was a bookkeeper in Chicago and left there in 1945. Any information would be gratefully recieved and you can email me directly. Thank you.

Anyone if Florida?
Hello, I'm a Budapest born refugee who speaks a bit of the language here in Florida. I would like to meet others who I could learn to speak more fluently. Anyone around?
